We will ship the products with common carriers packed in very durable cardboard boxes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order is
shipped.

For ultimate safety, some of the chairs might come
with a frame not attached. We guarantee assembly is
a very easy process, with a maximum of 4 bolts per
chair. All of the tools are included.
