Delivery

We put extreme care and thought into packaging so that your new pieces arrive intact. In the very unlikely scenario of damage during delivery, please Contact Us, and we will make it right.

For your convenience, larger Sarizza pices will be white glove delivered right to the inside of your residence. We use only the highest-rated delivery partners. 

The white glove delivery service includes: 

• Careful blanket wrapping of your new piece (plus additional packing) 
• A phone call confirmation a minimum of 24 hours before delivery
• In-home delivery to Room of Choice with debris (packaging) removal
• Including the first flight of stairs outside of the building and any ground-floor room
• Upon prior notification, the carrier can deliver the piece upstairs for an additional fee paid directly to the delivery team

All of Sarizza dining tables will be delivered via white glove delivery.

Chairs and Barstools are shipped assembled via UPS. They are packaged in durable cardboard boxes and are easy to move into your residence.

When purchased with a table, the whole order is shipped via white glove delivery for your convenience.

ChWe aim to ship all of the swatches the same business day. Air shipped via UPS to your address for fast delivery.

Please make sure there is someone 18 or older who can receive the delivery.

In case of white glove delivery, please remove any items that might be in the way when the furniture is being brought into your room of choice.

Please inspect all of the pieces during delivery. If you suspect any damage, please take some photos and contact us. Do not accept delivery when damage is clearly visible.
