All of our larger pieces, such as dining tables and chairs, are made to order only. We keep all of
the raw materials in stock, so when you order your piece, we craft it to your desired specification.

How is tax applied to my order?
Taxes are based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated by the shipping address. Each locale has different laws regarding the taxation of products as well as freight and handling.

Can I finance my purchase?

Where do you ship to?
Our white glove delivery is available in all 48 contiguous states.
Do you ship to Canada, Alaska or other international destinations?
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories and international destinations require custom quotes, and order subtotals must be $5,000 or more. Please Contact Us for a custom quote today.
If I place my order, can you hold my items at your factory?
Generally, yes. Please let us know when you place an order if you want us to delay the shipment.
We will try to accommodate all requests.
Can I pick up my order at your factory?
Yes, please make sure you select the right option at checkout. We will inform you when the order is ready for pickup. Also, please make sure your vehicle can fit the items ordered.
Will I receive all of the items on my order at the same time?
Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments. Will my products be assembled at the time of delivery?
Yes, our white glove delivery includes assembly and disposal of any packaging.
What if I have an issue during or after my delivery?

Can I request delivery on a specific day?
Unfortunately, at the moment, our delivery partners are not able to facilitate a specific delivery day

Does it always take 8 weeks to make my piece?
No, in fact, it usually goes much quicker. However, we do reserve the right to 8 weeks in case of supply issues of high-quality lumber.
Returns
What is the return/exchange policy?
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges or returns on made-to-order items, including all seating
and table products. Learn more in the Terms & Conditions.
What about warranty?
In a very rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange your product immediately. If something does not feel right, please Contact Us.
What if my item(s) does not look like what I saw on your website?
All of our pieces made from hardwood are unique. Natural wood may display small splits, knots, joint lines, or other organic features. Wood is a natural living material, and variations in the grain, color and texture makes each piece of wood furniture unique.
We make every effort to display our products' colors on the website accurately. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer/phone screen.
