We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

We kindly ask you to notify us if any defects appear within 7 days of receiving your products. Please Contact Us and we will make it right.

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted. Please visit Warranty for further details.

At this time, Saizza will not accept returns or exchange requests for any made-to-order/custom products, including all the tables and seating options.

Made To Order: This product is made to your specifications; therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. For online purchases, 100% will be collected when the order is placed. Due to the handmade nature of these products, dimensions can vary plus or minus 1 inch.

Any products with manufacturing defects or otherwise covered by our Warranty will be exchanged immediately. Please Contact Us for support.

Products in stock will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending upon the location of your residence. Our fabrics sampler will be shipped on the next working day at the latest.

Made-to-order products will require additional production time, usually 4-8 weeks. Made-to-order lead times may vary due to factors out of our control.

We always notify our customers if any delays are possible. Please allow the additional time to deliver the products.

We will always keep you updated via email on your order's current whereabouts.

Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is home to accept delivery.

Pricing in our online store www.sarizza.com is in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes according to state and local laws apply to all purchases. The price and availability of any products are subject to change, along with any given date regarding the arrival of products into our warehouse and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse the order of any merchandise that we deem is erroneously priced, described and shown online.

We require a 100% payment for online orders at the time of purchase.

Our warranty applies only to reasonable residential (non-commercial) use and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, and/or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered and/or repaired by any other resource other than Sarizza.
